Paw Re-Fur Terms of Use
1. About the service
Paw Re-Fur is a free, non-commercial exchange. There is no buying, selling or paid services. Paw Re-Fur only connects users; we are not a party to any exchange, and we don’t inspect items or verify users.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older to use Paw Re-Fur. One account per person. Keep your email account secure. You are responsible for what you post.
3. Rules for listings
Don’t list any of the following: prescription or opened medicines, flea, tick and worm treatments, sharps, prescription diets, damaged items, unwashed items, live animals, or items from a pet with a highly contagious disease. Pet food must be sealed and unexpired, and items in the Health & recovery accessories category must be non-medicated. Clean or disinfect items before gifting them, and make sure they are safe and as described.
4. Rules for posts and sightings
Be kind. No harassment, hate, scams, spam or illegal content. In Paw Talk, no negative comments or judging. Don’t post other people’s personal data, and keep locations to neighbourhood level.
5. Safety
Use our safety tips. You exchange items and attend meetups at your own risk. Check items before use, and ask a vet before giving your pet any health-related product. Paw Re-Fur does not give veterinary advice and is not an emergency service.
6. Reports and removal
You can report a Pawgift listing or user, a Paw Talk post or a Pawtrol sighting with the Report button on that page, or email hello@pawre-fur.com. When content or an account is reported, we may review it. We may remove content, hide listings or suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of your content, but you give us a licence to display it on the platform. Only upload photos you own or have permission to use.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Paw Re-Fur isn’t liable for loss, injury or harm arising from exchanges, items or user content. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms. When we do, we ask you to accept the new version, and continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
